Every September, we begin preparations for the skiing season at the club. General development training not only enhances overall physical fitness, which is crucial for skiing, but also offers a pleasant way to spend a Saturday morning. We warmly invite both children and adults!

\nThe new DeSki PROS training system guarantees continuous athletic development for children at every skill level<\/strong>. This is a personalized group training program based on consistent, measurable progress. We start with fitness tests to guide the training focus. The learning of exercises, their selection, and intensity will be tailored to the age, skills, and advancement level of the children.<\/p>\n

We train in small groups with the involvement of multiple coaches. We dedicate appropriate attention and effort to everyone<\/strong>. For the youngest, there are well-designed games, while for older participants, the focus is on technique and more complex exercises.<\/p>\n

The meeting place is the club grounds<\/a>, and the sessions are held outdoors, utilizing the natural and diverse terrain of Cypel Czerniakowski. At our club, we take a comprehensive approach to gradually developing skiing and general athletic skills \u2013 feel free to explore our training plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We also invite all parents to join the training sessions!<\/strong> While the children practice in their groups, we invite you to participate in a sports training session designed for adults.<\/p>\n

\n950 PLN – for parents whose children participate in the training sessions
